Sculptures from the art deco period are some of the most sought of any period of design for their drama as well as clean lines. Recently we recreated the Martel train sculpture from 1931 where the original sold for $342,000 our model is a nearly perfect recreation of an iconic item, in addition we have cast the theatre masks that came from the Roxy Theater in NYC, we have taken the liberty of creating a floating wall shelf with speed bands for drama. We can create both a male and female version for the right clientele.
Frankl Style & Custom Rattan
Paul Frankl, was one of the top modernist of the 20th century. Streamline Modern works directly with original gigs and patterns to recreate the rarest designs of this dramatic tropical genre that is collected by movie stars such as Johnny Depp, John Candy, Bruce Willis, Demi Moore and Madonna. Frankl rattan has a durable and casual elegance rarely seen in any other furniture line. Living Room, Bedroom, Office and Dining Room as well as custom items available.
